Icebergs
Iceberg is frozen freshwater originating from a glacier and then broken off into the sea. Icebergs comes in all forms and sizes and colors of whites and blue. Some are even black due to soil deposits from the glacier area. Some icebergs are huge, over 100 meters i height and weighing over 100.000 metric tons.

The Hvalsey church ruin is located in the beautiful Qaqortoq fjord in south Greenland just 12 nautical miles from Qaqortoq town.

The church was build around year 1300 by the Norse culture.

Tasermiut, a beautiful 70 km long fjord with breathtaking high mountains in south Greenland close to Nanortalik. This fjord has it all. Greenland’s only forrest, great rivers for fishing, spectacular mountains and beautiful glaciers.
